The authors reveiwed the methods of premedication for bronchoscopy using at The Bronchologic Department of Semmelweis Medical School. The comparative study of 300 patients prefered the atropine+butamirat citrat (Sinecod) combination to preveously administered atropine+dihydrocodein (Hydrocodin) combination. Both of combinations controlled the cough similarely but side effects had been notified 50 per cent lower with the butamirat citrat combination.
