Pediatric infective endocarditis is a rare disease associated with high morbidity and mortality. Endocarditis presents with variable symptoms, posing a diagnostic challenge to healthcare professionals. 0ur case report presents prosthetic valve endocarditis caused by an uncommon pathogen. This case highlights the importance of repeat blood cultures and imaging in the setting of possible lE. Treatment should be initiated promptly and managed by a multidisciplinary team.
