Paroxysmal cold hemoglobinuria is a rare autoimmune hemolytic disorder. ln the majority of cases among children, it develops after viral infections. Although it is a self-limiting condition, early detection and adequate management are crucial. We present the case of a three-year-old girl who was diagnosed with paroxysmal cold hemoglobinuria based on clinical presentation and examination results.
