Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS) is an acute, toxin-mediated, rapidly progressive, life{hreatening condition associated with multiple organ dysfunction. lt initially presents as a febrile illness that can rapidly progress to multiorgan dysfunction. Management ol TSS includes hemodynamic stabilization, elimination of the source of infection, and targeted antimicrobial therapy. ln our case report, we would like to present three pediatric cases of TSS caused by Staphylococcus aureus. TSS is a very serious clinical entity. Rapid recognition and early treatment are of paramount importance in the management ol these patients.  Kulcsszavak: toxic shock syndrome, superantigen, Staphylococcus aureus
