Authors present a case report of a 24-year-old male patient, who himself implanted into his penis subcutanously 5 pieces of plastic matter to increase his sexual performance. Prior admission to hospital he tried to remove these painful implants without success. Foreign bodies were removed under local anaesthesia. In certain social subgroups such manipulation in not rare though, there are few published data.
